I was told Thursday morning that the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) has awarded the Arkansas Weather Blog best blog in the state!

Just got back from the Global Village experience at Heifer International Ranch in Perryville, AR. It was such an awesome experience. We also had some nice dry Arkansas weather to go along with it. Although the coldness at night with me sleeping in a hut was terrible! Again, Arkansas weather never fails!!!
