I need your feedback. Do you like the videos I post or the written blogs? I really enjoy the videos since they are more conversational, but I tend to talk too long and I don't want to waste your time. Please let me know.
This video goes over the very, very minor snow event tonight PLUS what's ahead this weekend into the middle of the month. The Pacific Northwest is about to get blasted with heavy rain and that does have an indirect connection with our weather. I explain here. Hope you enjoy.

I like the written blogs best, I can't see the videos from my computer I use at work, since youtube is blocked.
To answer your question, it would be nice if you provided detailed info on video and a synopsis in writing for when we don't have time for the video. Ie. Central AR possible flakes, no accumulation. Rain on West coast. Warm weekend ahead. The End
Todd, I like videos and blogs. Video blogs are very helpful during severe weather. Speaking of severe weather, I do not think Arkansas will have a quite spring this year. Not predicating anything extreme. I believe it will be normal. Normal being periods of severe weather, all modes.
I enjoy both the videos and text updates. Don't worry about going long on the videos, those of us interested in weather would prefer more info than not.
Also a suggestion: you tend to have wildly varying audio levels. It looks like you keep moving away from the microphone, or maybe just talking softly at times. Either way, it gets hard to hear what you're saying at times.
I watch the videos for in depth analysis if I am checking your blog at home, but when I am at work I prefer the brevity of written comments. Would it be possible to include both with your posts?
Todd, Keep the video blogs for serious situations or big storms. The blogs are nice for general information. I agree with the others. We are not supposed to watch videos at work. Therefore, I have to wait to after work or during lunch to watch.
I like the written because I cant watch the video at work. And then when you post something new I have to wait the rest of the day to get home and watch the video..and I'm not a patient person! Lol!
Written. Not all of us live in the city. I live in a rural area with satellite internet. I won't watch the videos because we are limited to 20gig a month and videos eat that bandwidth up. Please give at least some detail in writing for those who can't view the videos.

I vote for videos because I'm a visual person - I get more out of it! :)
I prefer written blogs. Because of the noise factor there have been many times I've had to bypass the video and wished I could just read.
I prefer the videos, they go into much more detail.
It is so much easier to follow your written word. Not being a weather geek, those lines mean nothing to me.

I like the narratives better. I can't watch the videos at work, but can quickly scan a written article.
