Snow Chance Update

New video update at 12:50PM Tuesday.... This video looks at the new Euro compared to previous runs and a look at the GFS debacle.

The GFS has flipped so much the past 24 hours, I'm still following the Euro solution.  While I do think we have a chance for LIGHT snow, I don't see this as a major event.  Cold will be a big story too.
