February Made Me Shiver... Sort of

It's not the greatest news for winter weather fans.  It's important to remember we have plenty of winter left, but time is running out.

December ended up being exactly average.  January was -3.6° so we'll see how February ends up.  For at least the next week, I don't see anything bitterly cold and I don't see anything warm.

We have received 1.7'' of snow officially in Little Rock and that's slightly below average.  Hopefully, we can make that up, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
