Arkansas and Harvey

While there are still uncertainties, it appears Harvey will have some impact on Arkansas.  If it does, it will be later this week and it should be nothing like what has happened across southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana.  The track of this storm is crucial to our forecast.  It's surrounding the track and to the east that has the best chance for rain.  With any tropical feature, heavy rain and localized flooding could be an issue.  Also, there will be a small threat for severe weather.
