Let The Fall Colors Begin!
Billy Cannon sent these pictures in from the U of A campus. The fall colors are coming out in northwest Arkansas and will spread to the entire state over the next 3 to 4 weeks. Please send us your pics to the station. Just send your best 1 or 2 and we may put it on the air or on our web site.
Rain and storms will become likely Monday with locally heavy rainfall possible. There is a slight risk of severe weather as well. This will NOT be a big outbreak of severe weather, but it does require a watchful eye. Warm air floods the south Wednesday and Thursday, then another big cool down may occur by next weekend. This is an active weather pattern as we enter our secondary severe weather season.
