More Winter Weather Possible This Weekend
4PM Thursday Update... After reviewing all the new data this afternoon, it appears the chance for any wintry weather for northwest Arkansas Saturday is very, very low. The new models indicate little if any moisture, but I still can't rule out a few flurries or light snow showers. The bulk of the moisture appears to go north into Missouri.
There should be some rain Saturday night into Sunday morning for central and southern Arkansas with another wave of moisture
Another weak disturbance will move across the area late Sunday into Monday and that has the potential to bring some light snow. It's too early to talk about accumulations, but it should be very light. I'll keep you updated.

We have 3 more rounds of precipitation to watch over the weekend into Monday. The first is mainly for northern Arkansas Saturday afternoon and early evening and it should be fast moving and light. The next round will affect southern Arkansas Saturday night into Sunday morning. That should be mainly rain. Then another round Sunday night into Monday morning. This video goes over everything you need to know.
