Todd-Ten year anniversary of a 4 inch snow here in St Charles WLR. Stayed on the ground long enough to have a white Christmas. Started as rain around noon changed over to snow in the afternoon and the temp dropped from low 40's to mid 20's by late afternoon. My deck measured up to 5 inches. 12/22/04.
