Some Places Could See a Little Snow Before Christmas

While this will be mostly rain, some places could see a few wet snowflakes.  While conditions aloft are favorable for snow, the surface temperatures are not.  This video goes over timing of the next round of rain and who has the best chance for seeing a few snowflakes.  This video also goes over the Christmas Day forecast.

Todd-Ten year anniversary of a 4 inch snow here in St Charles WLR. Stayed on the ground long enough to have a white Christmas. Started as rain around noon changed over to snow in the afternoon and the temp dropped from low 40's to mid 20's by late afternoon. My deck measured up to 5 inches. 12/22/04.
