Heat Rolls On

The above is NOAA's 8-14 day temperature outlook. A good portion of the country has a very high likelihood of being above average with temperatures. This of course includes Arkansas. Average at this time would be 92 to 93 degrees. This is just another confirmation, along with model guidance, that the heat wave of 2007 should continue through at least Aug. 21st.

Still, in perspective, this is a minor heat wave compared to past years. We still have not hit 100 in Little Rock. Tuesday was 99. Today should be about 99. It would be very, very easy to hit 100 today, Thursday, Friday, and even beyond. We should soon.
