Arkansas Meteorologist Helping San Juan, Puerto Rico NWS Cover Maria

Meteorologist Charles Dalton typically works at the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock.  Sunday, he received a phone call he will never forget.  He was asked to help support the weather service office in San Juan, Puerto Rico as major hurricane Maria takes aim on the island.
