Video Blog... Arctic Attack Plus Precipitation Chances


This video will discusses the 2 waves of arctic air set to move into Arkansas over the next few days.  Also, there are 3 precipitation chances:   Thursday morning, Sunday, and MAYBE again later next week.  It's a long video, but THERE'S SOOOOOO MUCH GOING ON WITH THE WEATHER.
